Tasha Michelle, a maestro in the finance industry has invested over three decades as a corporate leader, personal financial coach and an advocate for financial literacy.

Tasha Michelle was born in the boroughs of Brooklyn, New York.  She has always had a tenacious spirit and an unstoppable desire to bring about change. She began her career on Wall Street in the financial district; however, she found her passion in community service programs. Her life’s work reflects this passion.

From the streets of New York, to the challenges of the corporate environment, Tasha Michelle has managed to rise to every occasion. Currently operating as visionary and founder of Innovative Financial Planning, LLC (IFP), she has expanded her initial vision of improving the financial intelligence in disenfranchised communities, to include a focus of enhancing the strength of emerging businesses.

Tasha is empowering audiences based on her personal and business motto “knowledge is power, and sharing is an investment.” When Tasha was asked by others what is her motivation, this is what she shared:

“I envision a financially inclusive world where all people hold the power to improve their lives. Beginning with access to financial systems and training for black and brown people to improve historical barriers of exclusion.”

Positioned as an impact partner, Tasha Michelle stands firm on her vision of influencing and increasing Black America’s economic wealth. Through IFP, this mission is accomplished through the empowerment of black businesses and individuals alike, coupled with the development of sound and effective financial discipline based on life principles.
